Trekking  Cost Calculation

If anybody   who likes to enjoy trekking socially  with our company  should  pay us as follows in US Dollars.

• Daily salary for a porter guide (including food and accommodation costs for him)
• Clothes and other necessary materials for the porter guide.
• TIMS card ( Trekking permit) for trekking for a specified number of people.
• National Park entrance fee.
• Special trek permit fee for  trekking the restricted areas of Nepal.
• Necessary equipment and materials cost for the trek
• Porter guide insurance cost
• Khandbari hotel room booking (excludes breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• Jeep reservation cost.
• MAST company service charge (including government tax, VAT, and airport reception)

Total   USD  you have to pay us =

 Our Guests should pay the following cost directly to their service providers.

• Food and accommodation costs throughout the trekking route (estimated at $10-$60 per day).
• Kathmandu Nepal hotel room booking and food and accommodation costs.
• Kathmandu -Tumlingtar – Kathmandu Airfare.
• Travel and medical insurance for the guest.
• Emergency evacuation cost for the guest.
• Any other personal expenditure. 
• Any tips for porter guides  (optional)
