SESF aims to create educational opportunities for needy children, especially girls, from Khandbari and surrounding districts. Many of the children we serve have lost their fathers either through death or incarceration, and their mothers do not have the resources to care for them on their own without outside support. Now there are 20 poorest children (14 girls and 6 boys) sponsored by different individuals from different countries. He goes to various private and government schools in Khandbari
SESF distributes education scholarships from its general fund to the children of the poorest families and helps them continue their studies and obtain educational qualifications.
Manakamana Bridhashram, a home for the elderly in Khandbari, Sankhuwasabha in eastern Nepal, is home to 35 sick elderly individuals.These individuals rely on a limited amount of charity donations from visitors to the nearby temple in order to fulfill their basic needs. To support them, the SESF has initiated an online fundraising project. This project aims to provide them with food supplies, as well as a monthly allowance for clothing, fruits, vegetables, and other necessities
SESF has established Makalu Arun Social Trek (MAST), a nonprofit distributing social trekking company in Khandbari eastern Nepal. MAST organizes, coordinates, and facilitates a community-friendly social trekking program that generates income for SESF to run its educational program in the district.
