The price you pay us includes:
- One (1) porter guide daily salary including his food and accommodation cost for sixteen days.
- One (1) Porter guide travel insurance cost.
- Trekker's Information Management System (TIMS) card cost for 1 person
- Makalu Barun National Park Entrance Fee for 1 guest.
- Jeep Reservation cost from Tumlingtar – Khandbari – Num – Chamla Kharka and from Chamla Kharka – Num – Khardbari – Tumlingtar
- Two-night Khandbari Hotel room booking cost for 1 person
- Support for MAST local community Projects
- Total Company service cost including government Tax, VAT as well as miscellaneous cost
The following are not included in the price:
- Nepal entry visa fee is $30 for 15 days and $50 for 30 days
- Hotel room cost in Kathmandu including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Kathmandu - Tumlingtar - Kathmandu domestic flight fare.
- Khandbari Hotel breakfast, lunch, dinner cost.
- Local tea house or homestay food and accommodation cost throughout the trekking route has not been included in the total trekking pckage cost. Your meals and accommodation will be your responsibility. You pay directly to your service providers from your pocket.
- Personal expenses include laundry, phone charge, sweets, snacks, hot or cold drinks, camera battery charging etc.
- Your personal trekking gear and equipment cost like a robust sleeping bag, trekking pole, headlamp, goggles, medical kits, etc.
- Other unforeseen expenses incurred due to accidents, strikes, natural disasters, political unrest etc.
- Your travel and health insurance cost
- Your emergency rescue operation when necessary
- Your porter guide tips at the end of your trek.
