Payment Methods
Each trek page shows an approximate price. Once we finalize your itinerary together, we send you the exact total cost. To confirm your booking, we ask for a 20% deposit. We use it to arrange your trekking permits (TIMS card and national park fees), transport and hotel bookings in time.

How to Pay
Step 1: Confirm your final price
We send you your final itinerary and total cost by email or WhatsApp.
Step 2: Pay the 20% deposit
Use one of the payment options below.
Step 3: Send us your payment receipt
Email or WhatsApp us a copy of your transfer receipt. We will confirm your booking within [24–48 hours].
Step 4: Pay the balance
Pay the remaining 80% before your trek starts: online before you arrive, in Kathmandu, or at our office in Khandbari [in cash, in USD or Nepali rupees].
